Last Updated: August 1, 2026
Thank you for using HashHarbor. We value your privacy and data security. This Policy explains what information we may collect when you register for, access, or use HashHarbor’s cloud computing management services, why we process it, and how you can manage your personal data.
Please read and understand this Policy before using our services.
Section 1: Information We Process
To create accounts, operate our services, and maintain platform security, we may process the following information:
1.1 Account and Support Information
The email address provided during account registration;
Profile information you voluntarily provide;
Questions, feedback, and correspondence sent to customer support.
1.2 Device and Application Information
Device model, operating system, and application version;
App instance identifiers or device identifiers provided by the operating system;
Crash logs, performance information, and diagnostic data.
1.3 Usage Information
We may record feature visits, in-app interactions, usage duration, and service configurations to troubleshoot problems, maintain functionality, and improve the user experience.
1.4 Network and Security Information
When you connect to our services, we may automatically record your IP address, request time, and network status. This information is primarily used to validate connections, prevent attacks, investigate unusual activity, and optimize service routing.
Section 2: How We Use Information
We process relevant information only for specific and necessary purposes, including:
Creating, verifying, and maintaining user accounts;
Activating selected cloud computing services and synchronizing their remote status;
Displaying task status and related technical data;
Responding to customer support requests and resolving application issues;
Detecting unusual logins, abuse, or fraudulent activity;
Improving system stability through de-identified or aggregated data;
Complying with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
We do not use personal information to create advertising profiles or deliver targeted advertising.
Section 3: Purchases and Order Information
If you purchase a one-time service, the payment will be processed through Google Play’s official billing system.
HashHarbor does not directly obtain or store complete payment credentials, such as bank account or credit card numbers. To verify purchases and deliver services, we may receive and retain the order number, product type, purchase time, and order status.
One-time purchases do not renew automatically. The applicable service will end according to its purchase terms without automatic renewal charges.
Section 4: Information Sharing and Disclosure
HashHarbor does not sell, rent, or otherwise provide your personal information to third parties for commercial marketing. We may share limited information only when necessary to provide our services or when required by law:
Infrastructure services: Authorized service providers may process limited information required for cloud operations, data storage, troubleshooting, and security protection;
Legal obligations: We may disclose relevant information in response to valid judicial, administrative, or regulatory requests;
Risk management: We may disclose necessary information when account security, platform operations, or the lawful rights of users are threatened;
With your authorization: In other circumstances, we will obtain your authorization before providing personal information to a third party where required by law.
Service providers acting on our behalf must comply with confidentiality obligations and may not use the information for purposes outside the agreed scope.
Section 5: Data Security and Retention
HashHarbor uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to reduce the risk of personal information being lost, altered, disclosed, or accessed without authorization. These measures may include:
Encrypting data during transmission;
Applying access controls and identity verification to internal systems;
Recording and reviewing important system activity;
Monitoring unusual login attempts and suspicious requests;
Regularly evaluating and improving security measures.
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy. When the applicable retention period ends, the information will be deleted, anonymized, or handled as required by law.
No method of online transmission or storage can guarantee absolute security. If a data security incident may affect user rights, we will take appropriate remedial action and provide any notices or reports required by applicable law.
Section 6: Your Data Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:
Access or correct your account information;
Withdraw previously provided consent;
Request a copy of personal data associated with you;
Request account closure or deletion of personal information;
Object to certain data-processing activities;
Submit privacy questions or complaints.
You may submit a request through the account settings within the application or by contacting our privacy support team. We may need to verify your identity before processing a request to prevent unauthorized actions.
After an account is deleted, associated information will be handled according to applicable legal and retention requirements. Certain order, security audit, or dispute-resolution records may need to be retained for a legally required period.
Uninstalling the application stops future data collection from the installed app, but it does not automatically delete account information already stored on our servers. To request deletion, please submit an account closure request.
Section 7: Protection of Minors
HashHarbor is intended for adults with full legal capacity and is not designed for minors. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
If you believe a minor has submitted information without appropriate authorization, please contact us. After confirming the situation, we will delete or restrict the processing of that information as required by applicable law.
Section 8: Changes to This Policy
We may revise this Policy to reflect changes in our services, data practices, or legal obligations.
If a change may significantly affect user rights, we will provide notice within the application or through another appropriate method. The revised Policy will apply from the stated effective date.
